Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal of 14 days.

For digital services, the performance of the contract begins immediately after registration or at the start of the free trial period.

The user expressly agrees that the provider begins performing the contract before the withdrawal period expires.
The user also confirms that they are aware that by giving this consent, their right of withdrawal lapses at the start of the trial period (Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code – BGB).

Consent is given by activating the following checkbox:

"I agree that the trial period starts immediately and my right of withdrawal expires."

Since the right of withdrawal lapses at the start of the trial period, there is no right of withdrawal for the use of the software after registration.
